|Set Views: | views provide a method for changing the view of the document: magnification and scrolling position. Views also are used to produce a 'slide show'.
|Scroll Bar: | Click above the 'thumb' (white square) to move the viewing position upwards; click below to move downwards, or click and drag the 'thumb' to a new location.
|Key Column Choice:| click on the |Key Column| to set the |Selected View| for editing. You can also drag the view to a new location; or double-click to set the |Active View| and exit.
|View Name:Select/Move:| You can select any view by clicking. Move a view to a new sequence position by dragging. A double-click immediately exits to the chosen view.
|Active View Choice:| click to choose a different |Active View|. The view is used when starting the slide show.

|Edit Selected View:| the |Selected View| is the view for editing, and, in the above list, is highlighted in black. (In contrast, the |Active View| is indicated by a checkmark in the first column, above).

|Install:| lets you change a previously defined view. Before entering this dialog, set the document magnification & scroll position. Next, when this dialog is open, select the view, and click the |Install| button. The selected view uses the new values.
|Active View:| a checkmark indicates the active view, the view used for starting the slide show.

|Key Column:| the key column shows the current Command-Shift character.
|View Name Column:| this column is a list of names for all available views. The view name is used in the |Views Menu|.

|Key Code:| for Command-Shift quick access to this view, enter a unique lower case letter.
|View Name:| Enter a name to refer to this view; this is the name that will appear in any reference to this view.

|New:| creates a new view using the current magnification and scroll bar positioning of the active document. Up to 8000 named views can be created, memory permitting.
|Delete:| the currently selected view, shown in the |View List|, is deleted. The last view cannot be deleted.

|Tutorial Mode:| displays the title and page number for each view. For printing, a thin border outlines each view.
